Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings will launch for Xbox One on August 14 and PC on August 21, developer Metalhead Software has announced. Priced $19.99, Xbox One owners can pre-purchase from August 7 and obtain a 15 per cent discount. UK pricing hasn’t been confirmed. A trial will also be available on Xbox One. The new edition of the game offers additional stadiums and gameplay tweaks, all of which will be added to the PS3 and PS4 versions via a patch scheduled for release in September....

Ubisoft has begun issuing beta keys for The Division ahead of its launch on Xbox One tomorrow and PS4/PC on Friday. The keys let users pre-load the beta in advance of the start date, hopefully meaning they’ll be ready to go once it starts to go live tomorrow. A Reddit user by the name of RabbitMix apparently had his life saved by his copy of The Elder Scrolls Anthology when it stopped a bullet. RabbitMix was sitting at his computer when he heard a pop and breaking glass. Xbox’s Phil Spencer has said that Xbox exclusivity for The Elder Scrolls VI is “not about punishing any other platform”.
