The season finalé of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is out on May 30 and Telltale Games has a released a trailer hyping it up. Telltale Games has described it as the ‘most tailored episode to date,’ and that episode five, called From The Gallows, will take all of your decisions from the previous four episodes into account. Summoners War: Chronicles is finally getting its global launch this week, and I got to spend a bit of time in a preview build of the game before release. While I’ve never played the original Summoners War myself, Chronicles’ setup feels standalone enough that you could probably jump in without feeling lost or overwhelmed. Universal Parks & Nintendo have announced that the Super Nintendo World theme park will come to the US at Universal Studios Hollywood next year. The Super Nintendo World theme park first opened its doors to Japanese fans back in 2021. Now, the “innovative, immersive and highly-anticipated themed land” will come to the West for the first time. Featuring Mario, Luigi and Peach, the park will open within the resort based in Los Angeles, California....

The official System Shock 3 website is now owned by Tencent Holdings, not developer OtherSide Entertainment, sparking speculation that the project has been acquired by the megacorporation (via Video Games Chronicle). The report states the SystemShock3.com and SystemShock4.com domains are now possessed by Tencent Holdings, but they were registered to OtherSide Entertainment director Paul Neurath before then. The studio and the project have been through the ringer, beginning with the separation from publisher Starbreeze in early 2019....
Developer Tribute Games and publisher Dotemu have announced a new side-scrolling beat-up featuring everyone’s favourite pizza gobbling turtles in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, heading for consoles and PC. Deliberately evoking the classic 1987 version of the TMNT universe in style, the game will also harken back to 1991 SNES title Turtles in Time, but will also include new abilities “built on a foundation of classic brawling mechanics” that will see Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael go from the streets of New York City through to Dimension X, facing off against classic foes such as Bebop, Rocksteady and, of course, Shredder himself....

That being said, this gives Tencent only 5% voting right in the company and no member on the Boards of Directors, so Guillemot Brothers Limited remains exclusively controlled by the Guillemot family, and Tencent doesn’t get any consent or veto rights over the business....

Crytek’s first virtual reality game, The Climb, is now available for Oculus Rift, the developer has announced.
