Last week, Naughty Dog’s Niel Druckmann revealed he would be teaming up with Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin to work on a live-action television adaptation of The Last of Us, the critically-acclaim PlayStation game that first released back in 2013. The series is currently in production and will be exclusive to HBO, the same network behind the likes of Game of Thrones, Watchmen, and Big Little Lies, and replace the previously announced The Last of Us film which is no longer in production....

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum’s teaser trailer has been released, and it’s all the good sorts of grim and grimy. Developed by Daedalic Entertainment, the game will “tell the story before he first appears in the books,” and this trailer follows Gollum scampering about in his cave. Remnants of dead fish are scattered among the stalagmites, and it pans across some crude cave drawings. One of these is of two figures standing in a boat, possibly representing the fateful day where Déagol and Smeagol discovered the Ring....

According to Deadline, a television adaptation of The Wicker Man is in development from Andy Serkis and Jonathan Cavendish’s The Imaginarium and Studiocanal-backed Urban Myth Films. One of Twitch’s top streamers is returning to the platform after taking a hiatus. On Thursday morning Tfue posted an update on Twitter announcing that he’ll be “Returning to Twitch and YouTube October 1st,” with a flexing bicep emoji.
