Electronic Arts has confirmed that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be fully unveiled in April. Respawn’s hotly anticipated sci-fi title was announced during EA’s press event at E3 last year, but all we got was basically Vince Zampella telling us its name and that it’d be out in 2019. However, we now know we’ll get our first proper look this spring; April 13, in fact, at Chicago’s Star Wars Celebration event....

Described as a ‘debt repayment life simulation RPG,’ The Good Life sees players take on the role of Naomi, a photographer from New York that’s ended up in a rural English town called Rainy Woods. Rumours have been swirling around the next Battlefield game from EA DICE once more, as new details from an industry insider claim that the game will feature 128-player battles. As spotted by our chums at XboxAchievements, the claims come from industry insider Tom Henderson, who says in his latest report he’s talked to people with insider information on the in-development project who also claim that the upcoming as-yet-unknown sequel will be set in modern times and “heavily influenced” by 2011’s Battlefield 3....

Next to Geralt and Yennefer, Ciri gets the most spotlight in Netflix’s The Witcher and rightfully so. She’s one of the three main characters and her role is about to get bigger and more significant. Anyone who has played The Witcher III: Wild Hunt surely knows of this; Ciri is pretty much the most important protagonist in that game despite the players controlling mainly Geralt. Last week we had the Japanese Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable where figureheads from all the big fighting game developers came to talk shop. We didn’t get much news from Capcom, however, because earlier in the week Capcom revealed that they would be holding their own livestream for Street Fighter V. In a couple of days, Capcom will be detailing the final season of the game, which will be season 5. We will be getting new character reveals and most likely some more information on the state of the Capcom Cup Pro Tour Online, which hasn’t been going well due to frequent internet issues....
Remember those incredibly charming scans taken from the Super Mario 64 guidebook that is full of intricate 3D models of each level I reported on last week? Well, sadly the powers that be at Nintendo have decided to flex their muscles once more and issued the scan’s uploader (Dave Shevlin of Comfort Food Video Games) with a takedown notice. In a statement to Kotaku, Shevlin said: “Sadly archive.org sent me their usual takedown notice email telling me Nintendo of America challenged the copyright of the scan and it was removed....

This Supergirl review contains spoilers. Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17 Lena’s entire through-line was one of the most satisfying parts of a great episode, one of Supergirl’s best this season. Kara finally found out that Lena created more Harun-el and that it’s Lex has powers. But instead of it driving a further wedge between then, as Lillian predicted, it helped heal their rift. Lena’s conflict with Supergirl may have felt like it resolved a bit too suddenly, but at least the conversation itself felt earned, if not the overall shift in their relationship....

Sam counts himself responsible, and the effects on his psyche are shown through violent flashes throughout the bunker, first empty and pristine, then blood soaked and strewn with familiar bodies. To deal with this, Sam pulls a tactic out of Dean’s own playbook — avoiding talking about the subject and burying himself in his work....
