10 Did: Unlockable Additional Trait Slots By default, Sims in The Sims 3 have a total of 5 traits that are chosen (or randomly selected, depending on how well younger Sims are raised,) when they age up. Once their traits are locked in, they can only be changed using mods or cheats. In The Sims 3: University Life expansion pack, players were able to unlock up-to two additional trait slots by fully completing a degree or climbing to level eight of a Social Group....

The Steam Summer Sale date leaked last month and today it went live as expected. After last season’s King Kong x Godzilla battle, Activision’s flagship battle royale gets even wackier with an appearance of The Terminator. Better yet, you’re spoiled for choice, with Season four of Warzone giving you the option to play as the orginal T-800 or its succesor the T-1000 (Schwarzenegger voice lines not included). Activision being Activision, the two Terminators are not bundled together, but rather as seperate time-limited packs. In the Call of Duty blog post, there’s a hint that there’s more to come, perhaps a themed game mode or an invasion of terminators later in the season....

In 2022, Sony and Honda announced a joint venture named Sony Honda Mobility, SHM. The New company aims to build electric cars that would shift the focus of luxury cars from power and performance to a pleasant motoring experience. During the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas early this year, SHM announced its first EV brand, Sony Afeela, and shared a prototype. Besides its funnily-sounding moniker, what wasn’t easy to miss was the resemblance with Tesla Model 3, the car it aims to rival....

The next Tetris 99 Grand Prix will take place this weekend and feature Monster Hunter Rise, Nintendo has announced. The 25th iteration of the free-to-play puzzle battle royale’s series of collaborations finds them teaming with Capcom. 2019 was a great year for gamers who like a good puzzle game. There were puzzle games for all tastes; pure puzzle/logic games like Tetris, puzzle games that are a little on the experimental side, and puzzle games that expertly blended multiple gameplay styles. There are many great puzzle games that just missed being on this list by a couple of points; like Etherborn (74), Concrete Genie (75), and Bomb Chicken (77) – which was released on Switch in 2018, but PS4 and PC in 2019....

Villains and protagonist are equally important in anime. The problem, however, is not all are strong and powerful. A common trope in anime is to throw in a villain who’s super weak, simply for comedic relief. While everyone loves a good giggle, there’s a huge gap between the strongest and weakest villains in anime. Being the strongest doesn’t necessarily mean the most powerful. Comics, like all art, can be a mirror on society or a safe harbor from its worst tendencies, and thankfully again in 2018, we got some incredible books this year. I’ve been watching our pull lists since the calendar flipped in January, keeping an eye out for the best comics to share with you, and we’ve finally cut it down to just 10. But first, a few honorable mentions. Yoshitoki Oima’s To Your Eternity was probably the best new manga I read this year, but I kept it off the list because as good as the newest volumes are, the first one is stellar and it was published too early....

It’s not easy being a new player in RuneScape. As a 20 year MMORPG, many of its players are high-level and have access to most of the available content. Because of this Jagex focuses the majority of updates on end-game content, neglecting large sections of the early game in the process. This can make it hard to find good money-making methods on a low level RuneScape account. After all, a lot of the content available on a low level account is dated and not in demand....

Countless titles have tried to capture the same magic that made Portal an instant classic, and just as many have failed. There’s a certain balance among endearing dialogue, narrative transparency, and engaging puzzles that has yet to be recreated....

The Division gets a significant free update tomorrow (5 December), that will add a whole new area to the game and a 4v4 PvP mode. Everybody who is interested will be able to give it a try, because Ubisoft are also running a free weekend for the game from 7 December. That free weekend will run until 10 December. If you already own The Division, you’ll have free access to every add-on included as DLC in the game’s Season Pass from 5 December until the 10th....
