Now, publisher Wired Productions and independent developer Tomas Sala have launched a new premium content pack for the third-person aerial dogfighter. The latest DLC for The Falconeer is called The Hunter. It adds a new class that lets players take flight on the back of a dragon....

There are few arcade shooters that come to mind that embody the feeling of the arcade like The House of the Dead and its sequel. I recall grabbing for those red or blue guns, coated in some sort of greasy film. After plunking in a couple quarters, the games treated you to groaning zombies, popping heads, and corny one-liners. This comes just a couple of months after the last Uncharted game was released on the platform to positive reception. The game is likely to generate similar levels of interest on PC as Horizon: Zero Dawn and God of War, which have sold very well on PC despite having been released on consoles years prior....

The mysterious secret church that recently excited NieR: Automata players is just a hoax. Just over a month ago, a player supposedly discovered a secret area in Automata that players had never previously seen. This led to a follow-up Reddit post that showed the full area being explored, plus a hidden boss fight. These posts had the NieR community speculating all kinds of things. The top response on that Reddit post is a user questioning if the Easter egg refers to the Shadow Lord and Yonah, both key characters from the original NieR....
The next Need for Speed will reportedly be revealed within the next two weeks. The report from Insider Gaming suggests that “Need for Speed Unbound” is set to be released on 2nd December 2022, and will allegely incorporate anime elements and new maps unique to the series. The trailer will be around 1 minute and 30 seconds long with a soundtrack featuring rapper A$AP Rocky. The game will reportedly also only be available on current-gen consoles and PC, a first for the series....
The Outer Worlds, the upcoming sci-fi role-playing adventure from Obsidian Entertainment, has been announced for Nintendo Switch in a partnership with developer Virtuos. The game takes place in a far-flung corner of the galaxy, where the player character has just had an impromptu wake up call from hibernation on a lost colonist ship. 70 years out of date, the character is thrust into corporate conspiracies galore, the outcomes of which are determined by the choices players make and who their colonist becomes....
The PS4 physical edition of The Sexy Brutale has a printing error that’s delayed release in Australia. The Full House edition of the game, exclusive to PS4, comes with a copy of the original soundtrack and a studio manual showing off the inspirations behind the game. It turns out there’s been an error in the studio manual. The edition will still release on April 25, as planned, in UK, most European markets, Asia, and New Zealand, but there’s been ‘a slight delay of the game’s release in Australia’....

Games tackling religion are always difficult to assess. It’s a delicate subject that can easily cause offense if not handled carefully. Despite this, some games do take on the subject. The results are always variable and, sadly, often dire. The Secrets of Jesus, unfortunately, falls into the latter category, failing to function as either a point and click adventure or a satire. A Spiritual Satire One of the first problems with this game is that there’s really not enough information to assess what you’re getting....
Electronic Arts announced a new expansion for The Sims 4. It is called Eco Lifestyle and, as the name suggests, will provide an opportunity to clean up the environment in the virtual world. The trailer, which was mainly the announcement of the expansion, shows the fictional city of Evergreen Harbor, littered with mountains of garbage. Residents here suffer from smog, air pollution, and harmful insects. The user will have to deal with the situation or ignore it....

Based on the comic book character by Ben Edlund (who also created and produces the show), The Tick Season 1 starred the invulnerable amnesiac super as he made grand speeches about destiny while wearing his trademark goofy blue costume. The show followed The Tick, Arthur, and a colorful array of superheroes in an equally colorful world accustomed to dealing with superheroes. Alan Tudyk even voiced a talking boat who was seemingly in love with one of the central characters....

Streets of Rage 4 is a game pulling double duty. It’s a loving nod to the franchise’s past, but it stands as a proper sequel as well. Naturally, it drops you back on the familiar streets of Wood Oak City facing not only classic enemies, but some new foes. Many of the old strategies against classic enemies still work just fine — even 26 years on. But what about the very new, very punchable faces?...
After over two years of being in Early Access, Subnautica: Below Zero is set to launch version 1.0. The game’s story and progression have undergone a lot of changes, but many core concepts should remain familiar to long-time fans. In my case, though, I’m a newcomer to the series since I hardly played the original. However, that didn’t necessarily dampen my spirits. I even mentioned in our official review how the game managed to surprise and keep me engaged....
