Toplitz Productions, the publisher of Medieval Dynasty, has recently announced yet another follow-up called Pirate’s Dynasty. As the title suggests, Pirate’s Dynasty takes the Dynasty series away from the unforgiving Middle Ages and into a world of swashbuckling adventure. Even though two other installments in the series, Wild West Dynasty and Sengoku Dynasty, have yet to release, Toplitz Productions has already chosen to prepare fans for another entry. Whereas those other games will see a release during the first half of 2023, Pirate’s Dynasty will come out during that year’s third quarter....

The Outer Worlds turned out to be a huge success for Obsidian. It was the best selling video game of last October, according to Business Insider and it was critically acclaimed with an 86 on Metacritic, plus or minus a few points depending on the platform. One of the most interesting things revealed amid Inside Xbox was Night School Studio’s Afterparty, an adventure game that stresses narrative and utilizes drinking mechanics in an interesting way. Oxenfree, another of their narrative-rich adventure games, proves of their talent not only in storytelling and dialogue but in overall design as well. Mortal Kombat is finally in for the production of its third movie, with filming set to take place in Australia, according to the country’s Premier. Reporter Claire Campbell has tweeted that the movie will mark the largest-ever film production in South Australia and it’s expected to create 580 jobs and inject $70 million AUD into the local economy. If you’re already thinking “What about Crocodile Dundee?”, those were filmed in the Northern part of the country....
