Supermassive Games is “not currently working on any DLC for Until Dawn”, the developer has confirmed. The studio’s comments follow a report earlier today claiming that it is preparing DLC designed to support PlayStation VR. Katsuhiro Harada, producer of the Tekken fighting game series, has reprimanded people who spam Masahiro Sakurai with requests to put their favourite characters in Super Smash Bros. Nintendo has announced the latest Grand Prix event for free-to-play Tetris 99 as a crossover with The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD. Kicking off from this Friday, August 6 players will be able to take part in the 23rd(!) Grand Prix event. As usual, players will be granted a number of points depending on how high they finish. The higher they finish, the more points they get. Once you’ve accumulated 100 points or more, you’ll get to keep the special theme based on the recent release of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD....

When Street Fighter came out in 1987, there was no story to it. No more than your average sports game, really. There was a martial arts tournament, you could either play as the Japanese karate guy or the American karate guy, and the final boss was a tall dude with an eye patch. Even beating the game just gave you a generic congratulations. 1991’s Street Fighter II had more going on, and it gave us closure on how the first game ended (Ryu split open Sagat’s chest with a Shoryuken), but it didn’t have much real story to it....
