Today, it was officially announced that the popular Manga Hoshikuzu Telepath (Stardust Telepath) would be getting an anime. The entire 4-panel manga series, written and illustrated by Rasuko Ōkuma, is being adapted. Square Enix has announced that it will be offering up the world premiere of the latest game in adventure series Life is Strange as part of a Square Enix Presents spring showcase next week. The Witcher 3, one of the most widely celebrated titles in recent gaming history, has finally released its next-gen update. The patch, which was introduced on December 14, 2022, adds a plethora of improvements to both its gameplay and graphics. Street Fighter V’s release date and new V-Gauge combat mechanic have been revealed. UK magazine Shortlist included a preview of the game in its latest issue (reported via Eventhubs) stating that the game is expected to launch on PS4 and PC in March 2016. Capcom has previously confirmed that Street Fighter V will launch during this financial year, with 2 million sales expected prior to March 31, 2016. Shortlist’s preview also details the new V-Gauge system, where players can use brand new supers once they have sustained enough damage to fill a new energy meter....

Street Fighter V shipped without one the franchise’s key components, Arcade Mode. For a game with roots so deep in the arcade scene it was a startling omission. Thankfully Capcom appears to have been listening to fan discontent and is looking into adding an Arcade Mode. “The team is looking into adding an Arcade Mode and we’ll have more information to share soon,” a Capcom rep told Forbes. The same rep also informed Forbes that the existing Story Mode could receive difficulty sliders in future, which again were absent from the shipped game....

For a long while, I was under the impression that Succubus was less a game and more smut in a video game package. However, after seeing a press release that described it as publisher PlayWay’s most anticipated game yet, I decided that maybe I should give it a look before judging a book by its fixation with breasts. I meant cover. While Succubus is quite possibly the most offensive game I think I’ve ever seen (and it does have its share of pornographic content), it’s a legitimate first-person melee game with surprisingly good graphics and an enormous amount of blood-soaked carnage....
