The Legend of Bum-bo, the upcoming game from Super Meat Boy and The Binding of Isaac designer Edmund McMillen, has been delayed and will now be out in ‘the first half of 2018.’
On Twitter McMillen said that he and co-creator James Id have ‘expanded the game a bit,’ and have decided to push the launch from the originally planned tail end of 2017. He added that more news and a teaser trailer should be out around February time, which will hopefully give us a better idea of what’s involved in the turn-based RPG.
Although, if you want a bit of a crash course, you can head to the official site and learn a bit about what’s in store.
While McMillen was touting Steam and iOS versions of the game originally, we don’t know for sure if this delay means The Legend of Bum-bo will launch on more platforms when it does come out later this year. We’ll hopefully know a lot more about it next month.
